Naaman is a follower of God, and has leprosy. He was healed as he obeyed the instructions and washed himself in the Jordan River.
He did not believed easily, initially he was upset with Elisha.
Naaman
1) he had leprosy - sickness of the body
2) he had Pride - sickness of the mind
We Should humble ourselves
Problems with his heart
He was successful. 2 Kings 5.5
He was rich so he was put on a pedestal
He was the wrong person - his attitude
Elisha helped him not only by curing his leprosy but helped his heart too.
We should all be obedient to God
Naaman angry that he was asked to go into the Jordan River instead of better rivers in Israel and Damascus.
Implied that they are wasting his time
When we come to God, we don`t have to use money. Only faith and humbleness
1) we are saved through our faith
2) for our faith we need to humble ourselves
3) faith and trusting is the way of the Lord
4) faith is tested through our obedience
5) God helps us in body and in spirit
