God picked a common person,  Gideon and used him as he is courageous.

God used Gideon to save Israel. Sometimes we look at ourselves and try to understand how God can use us. We may be common people or we may think that we are worth nothing but God sees the words in us and the work we can do.

 

Lessons we learn from Gideon

1) God sees us as someone of value. For the qualities that we have. 

Before calling out to us, God already saw our value and qualities. 

Sees us beyond what we even see ourselves.

 "The Lord is with you, mighty warrior." God said to Gideon

2) Dare to come out and do.

Try out new things.

Dare to accept challenges of god, to a much for the better, to further God`s kingdom.

 

3) walk closely with God, step by step

Looking at gideon, God guides him and he follows God`s instructions step by step

We can walk on in life with god. Step by step

Sometimes God speaks to us to warn us about dangers and guide us through life.
