We are all born with some talent.

They are not similar for everyone, some have one, some have a few. We need to find it to use it in our lives.

We will be able to go the right way, when we use it and things will go more smoothly and easy.

God also give us another set called spiritual gifts when we become Christians and are born again.

The ability does not have connection with weather good or bad. It`s more of the quality that it has.

The people who use them should have passion and love for it, as it will move very quickly.

 

Do something we have a talent and give and we will do it well..

Love and talent

Love is the basis, find your talent and use it with sincerity. 1 Corinthians 13.4-7

With no love, there is no meaning. (The verses often used in marriage ceremonies)

 

Examples of using spiritual gifts

1) speaking in tongues.

Human language or angel language. Some people speak a lot of languages but the person need to be humble  (Paul)

To use the language, we have to accept that it comes from God.

We speak but also have to translate.

Use it to help others to understand the message.

The gift should be valuable to others.

 

2) hospitality

Happy to serve and receive people.

Example Abraham. Genesis 18.1 to 15

1Peter 4:9

Sometimes we may actually receive angels.

 

3) teacher

2Timothy 2:24

Have the ability to tolerate.

Patience to get results.

To be fair and amicable and not hot headed.

Acts 18.26

 

4) serving (servant)

1 Corinthians 12. 16

Attentive, not easy to hurt, obedient

John 2.5-9

 

5) preacher

2 Timothy 4.2

Always ready to speak about God.

Confident, Paul (Acts 20.24)

At Ephesus for 3 years working hard for God and no complaints.

 

6) knowledge

1 Corinthians 8.1-2

Need to be humble.

Have to go in hand with love.
