All of us aim towards a successful life that is filled with blessings.
We have to pick the way to reach that.
An aging couple wanted to have children and one day they had a child.
The mother passed away leaving a child that is with the father, and the child was also not strong.. the father passed away later and was brought up by the servant.
The child also passed away after 2 years.
The belongings were auctioned out and it came to a picture of the child.
The servant offered $5 and brought the picture to church.
Inside the frame she found a paper and she passed to the auctioneer.
The paper said whoever bought the picture gets everything else.
The story shows the choices we make in life. Sometimes the choice may not be the best but they may end up to be the best for us.
Best of today, Ruth made the choice to follow her mother in law by going to Moab.
Naomi`s sons passed away leaving two daughters-in-law.
No me changed her name which means happiness, and wanted to leave Moab to go back to Judah, and told the daughters-in-law to go home.
Ruth insisted on going with Naomi.
In many times in our life, we need to make choices.
We can see that the choice rules made was filled with blessings, become mean the line of genetic family with Jesus.
We may have some events that we have to pass before we reach the blessings of God.
There are three conditions:
1) willing to leave the usual way of life.
We will meet new things.(v16)
2 Corinthians 5.17
We must be willing to give up some things in life, like Ruth leaving Moab and her family to go to Judah.
2) willing to coordinate with believers in Christ
(1.17, 2.2-3, 17-18)
Ruth decided to follow Naomi who follows God.
Accept everything that comes not just the best things.
To receive blessings, we must be prepared to follow person through thick and thin.
3) willing to start a new life for Christ

Ruth believe that the god of her mother in law is the god for her.
The obedience of Ruth.
Let us choose the way (path) that is the best, listening to God`s instructions.
