About a common person that got picked and changed.

In our church training center, we accept people who are from grade 4 and above. As long as they can read and write.

We all have different gifts from God.

God doesn`t look at our level of education. He gives according to His will.

 

Simon, we can see how God molded him.

God asked Peter to be a fisher of men

Fisherman go out at night to look for fish Simon is a hot headed person and he speaks before he thinks.

Simon is a common person, without any ambitions.

Simon met Jesus first time at Jordan river.

Initially John and Andrew met Jesus

Andrew was excited and ran to tell his brother Simon.

Jesus saw the potential in Simon and gave him a new name which means Rock

 

Jesus helped Simon catch a lot of fish even though he failed earlier.

It was a miracle!

Then Jesus told him that he will be a fisher of men.

 

1) God shows the future

Sometimes we have not seen before, in a dream or ambition.

a) the dream has to help someone

b) the dream must give glory to God.

 

2) God shows how to do it

Jesus trained Peter.

People who worked without dream or passion do not have any Target

 

3) God let them go out and do. Hands-on experience

 

4) God may test the faith

Example on the boat in a storm and Jesus falls asleep

Peter was tested for denying Jesus three times.

 

5) God challenges the success.
