There are basically four different types of friends
1) teachers that guide us and help us
2) those that provide safety. With you at home and comfortable with them
3) people who allow us to help them
4) people who introduce situations that test us. They may be people who nudges to become better.
These people may change their role along the way. Someone may be a teacher and then later need our help, and so on.
The world is filled with different people.
That`s good and bad, and some may disappoint us too.
It`s important for us to have friends.
Lonely generation- can improve through relationships. The Bible is the book of our real life now. God wants us to have friends.
The Bible teaches many things about friends. There are two basic principles of the bible.
1) love God with all your heart
2) love your neighbor like yourself
That should be a balance between friends and ourselves they must be on equal level.
With real love that is correct, the world becomes a better place.
Jesus says that our lives have to become better when there is love.
What does a good friend do?
All four types of friends can help us.
Mark 2:1-2
Jesus went to a place and people rushed to look for Him.
Jesus taught the Bible and people knew Jesus as a healer.
A group of four friends, brought a friend that is an invalid for healing.
As it was too crowded, they climbed the roof with the friend to reach out to Jesus. they lowered the friend from the top of the roof to down where Jesus was.
There are two friends that help a friend.
We can find true friends when we face problems.
When Jesus saw it, he was pleased with your faith that they are willing to go through so much trouble.
The miracle happened by healing him and letting him walk again.

When we see friends in trouble what do we do?
Reach out and help them
In life there are invalids of the hearts and they need to be helped
We tried to become like the four friends that help someone in need.
We may be the one who needs to be helped
To learn how to serve god, we should start by learning to serve the people in need around us.

To find a good friend, we have to be a good friend first.
