The mustard seed is a small seed

The Jews compared to something very small, example a small mistake and small as a mustard seed.

Jesus used the mustard seed as an analogy so that the Jews will understand.

Matthew 6:10

The kingdom of heaven 

small yet having big potential is the mustard seed

The potential is not limited to what you can accomplish today.

It hinges on the future holds the direction it will take.

 

People will normally choose the bigger item if other conditions are the same.

The mustard seed may be small but it can have a big future.

A church will grow when the members find new members, and help them grow like a small mustard seed.

Jesus is the one life that is sacrificed on the cross to help us like a small mustard seed that will grow bigger and bigger.

 

Job 8 :7

In the beginning, nobody will be interested but as it grows it gets the attention of people

1) START. Everything has to start with something small. A believer has to be ready to plant. Planting involves working together.

2) WAIT. For it to grow.

Matthew 13:31

We help to shine to show the way of others to move towards God.

God has instilled in men`s potential within the seed,

Good things are merely seeds, not fully grown trees especially when not put into practice or grow

The potential is one thing for growth. Only the one willing to surrender life to God can plant the seed of life.

As we gaze upon the mustard seed, you envision a towering tree in the future.

3) ACHIEVE. Great results

Matthew 13:31

If your vision is 1 year, you get rice.

If your vision is 10 years, you get teak.

If the vision is lifelong, you can nurture people`s lives

There`s no shortcut to lives without investing time and with God.

The mustard seed

1) gives us hope

2) gives us encouragement.
