Genesis 12:1
Abraham story. God told Abraham to give up on the comfortable life and go to an uncertain future. When we give our lives to god, we give up familiar things to walk into the future with uncertainty.
But God promised Abraham that he will be blessed greatly.
Abraham believes God and leaves his land for an unknown place.
This is a story of a man that trusts in god. Abraham was told to pass the blessings on
We are all blessed to be a blessing to other people
We are not made to keep the blessings to ourselves.
If we are born again, we receive the top Line blessings. Eternity with God
The bottom line blessings we share news with as many people as possible.
This has been mentioned more than 300 times in the Bible.
It shows how important it is as it is emphasized by God.
Isaac to Jacob. Israel came into slavery for 400 years. Moses is one of the most humble man, he goes to the federal and ask for the people to be free. Moses ask 10 times and finally they were freed and came to the Red Sea. There was an estimated of three to five million people
They lived in tents for 40 years.
When they reached Jordan, the leadership was changed to Joshua.
Joshua, the new commitment is to fulfill the will of God in our lives, to the word of God and to obedience to God.
After Joshua there was Samuel. Samuel was the prophet of the Lord. People followed god. After Samuel, the people left God and they had a different 39 Kings.
Only eight of the Kings walked with God.
Israel kept backsliding. It was a very sad history. Then God sent some prophets to bring the people to God. But it`s real did not listen to them.
To summarize the prophets words, Israel, you are a special Nation who represent the God to bring light into darkness, so responsibility is to communicate the news to the people. The Jews called that blasphemy and did not want to go to the gentiles.
In the west only 7% of Christians share their faith to people.
Don`t go and meet Jesus with empty hands
Who did we share the gospel with?
The Jews killed the prophets and did not want to hear the stories, leading towards the cross where Jesus came and said the same things to Jesus.
Jesus came to pay for our sins so we can walk with freedom.
Our freedom is to pass it on..

For the first 300 years the disciples brought the gospel outside of Israel
In Rome Christianity was made a national religion. After a while it started losing its way
We need to come out of the lost.
If we see someone who needs God, we let the Holy Spirit move us and we should speak and share with these people who needs God.
Martin Luther began the revelations.
Biggest obstacle today is to bring the gospel to everyone.
