Today`s topic is about the goodness and usefulness to others.
The Bible says that when we become Christians we receive spiritual gifts from God. Of the gifts is the good results from the Holy Spirit. Goodness is also the result from the Holy Spirit.
When we do not leave using the spiritual gifts, our life can be uneven full and of no high value. It`s no love from the Holy Spirit and that is considered a sin.
We receive salvation and leave a meaningful life, are we supposed to do?
We should live a life of helping others to receive salvation as well as to help them in all kinds of situations.
Titus 3:8
To all that have believed in Jesus to do good everyday.
Last week`s message about the Good Samaritan, about three types of people. First the one who is a robber and want to take other people`s things. Secondly the levite that is selfish and finally the Samaritan who helps people even though he is a foreigner.
Not wants us to live our life meaningfully and help people out. When we don`t do good and help people what is the meaning of being a Christian in this world?
Our God wants us to live long so that we can be useful to other people by helping those in need.

Giving to people gives us more joy than to receive. We will receive an inexplainable joy that we do not receive anywhere else when we help people.
After Jesus healed blind Bartimaeus, Bartimaeus was very very happy to see for the first time. What was the reaction of Jesus? He was happier than Bartimaeus.

Should never be wary about doing good.

How to have a useful life?
1. Make it a point to help others. Acts 10:38
God give us a new life so that we can help others
2. Do it with the guide of the Holy Spirit.
We have to lean on God and the Holy Spirit for guidance and assistance.
3. Help every kind of people. Acts 10:34-35
All kinds of people that we meet in our lives.
4. Help the physical needs of people.
Acts 10:39; Luke 7:22
Jesus healed the blind, the lame, the leper, the sick etc. People have a lot of basic needs like food money for spending etc
5. People receive salvation and give them information. Luke 19:10 . Matthew 9:35
6. To continue helping not stopping.
Acts 10:37,. 39.
7. Do things joyfully. Acts 20:35
8. If we face persecution, we must continue doing it Acts 10:39-40
