The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
We listen to experiences, we know that God is still with us.
Our life experiences make us get closer to God and become more successful.
We tell God, if we face problems, we ask for His mercy and to help us.
We know that behind all the dark clouds there is the light.
We can ask God all the time for His blessings, and that the light from God will shine on us.
The 600 Old commandments before, all now have been removed through Jesus
We have some that we still keep for example resting on Sabbath day etc.
But there are new commandments as well,
Such as tithing and offerings, an opening our hearts bigger by helping others
The new commandments we can follow through God`s power in us.
As well as through the Holy Spirit
Blessings in our good health etc to help us go through the commandments.
To get the inner peace, that God is behind us all the while.
God will bring us back to the place where we can look at the problem, and understand and learn to repent and change.
God put us still so we can review what has happened and learned and understand from it. We do not need to be worried.
We received the Holy Spirit to change our life and to go through the problems.
It`s like driving a car. The mall we go through driving, we lose the worrying and become better at driving. With experience we handle our problems better, with God behind us.
2 Samuel 9:3
The king asked, is there no one still alive from the house of Saul to whom I can show God`s kindness?
Ziba answer the king, there is still a son of Jonathan, he is lame in both feet
Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan who was the son of Saul, was lame in both feet.
David wants to bless and show kindness to people in the house of Saul for Jonathan`s sake.
God told David through prophets that God is in control.
David wants to bless someone like how God has blessed him. He wanted to bless a poor deserving person.
Just like God who always want us to have a new life, a better life, a life more forgiving to others.
Like the salmon trying to go upstream using a lot of strength.
Upon reaching, the salmon rests.
We should follow their style. Once we are rested, we use God`s strength to go on.
