Some Christians go to heaven without any prizes. When we become Christians, some

of us can go to heaven, but go there empty-handed.

Do we really need to have the prizes? Some Christians say they want nothing. 

They just believe in God, but that is all. They do not do anything, and get nothing.

But the Bible does not say it this way.

Paul says, the work that we do, some serves God and has its rewards.

Others serve but do not have rewards.

 

Doing God`s work:

1. Teach people to believe.

2. Everything through the will of God. A believer becomes one through the path of many

people throughout his/her life. 

Someone may plant the seed, another will water, yet another may add fertiliser, 

another person does the pruning etc.

3. Our jobs are different but reaching one target. God will reward every step of the introduction.

4. Follow through the steps, and use time.

5. Important emphasis is on God. Do it for God

6. God is the one who will make it grow. Work together with God.

It should not be about us... if they believe in God because of money,

gifts, food, popularity of person etc. it will not last long.

A person who builds a house on a rock will have a solid foundation. 

Someone who listens to God. And the rock is Jesus.

7. The rewards from God  1 Cor 3:14

Whe we lead people to Jesus, it should not be anything other than Jesus.

Example, instead of giving someone money to come to church, 

instead pray together with the person for money.

 

When a person does not believe in Jesus, when the trouble starts, they get

hurt and will stop believing. The foundation should be Jesus Himself.

 

Questions to answer:

1. How to reach a person who does not love Jesus

2. The person whom you taught before, are they still a believer?
