Jesus calls upon Levi and eats with sinners. Levi is a tax collector, but a smart person. Levi is sure that when Christ calls him,

he can follow. an throw away his possessions and ways, and make Christ as number 1. He throws a big party for Jesus and

His disciples. He became a changed person, and invited friends and other tax collectors to come to the party as he wanted them

to meet Jesus. The Pharisees were present too and they complained to the disciples, that they eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners. 

The Pharisees were not happy. But Jesus replied that it is not the heathy who needs a doctor but the sick. " I have not come to call

the righteous, but sinners to repentance." John 2:25; Ecclesiastes 7:20  Jesus loves sinners but hates sin. Christ calls sinners

as "people in pain" and Pharisees call them "sinners". They are two different things because there are people who are sinners

but are not in pain as they do not feel guilty or repentant. Those who are pained have pain in the Spirit and they need Jesus.

 

 

Romans 7:15; Romans 7:24. Paul says, What a wretched man I am. Who will rescue me?.. Matthew 5:3

Humans allow sin to come in between them and things get "sick" But some sick people go to the wrong doctors.

Acts 4:1, Isaiah 45:21  There is only one doctor, Jesus that can heal physically as well as emotionally. 

Christ is the head of all doctors, and we are part of His team! Matthew 10:7-8. We should all do what Christ does,

we have the Holy Spirit to guide and teach us.

 

 

Doctors in the operation room all have to be disinfected for germs. Its the same with our lives, we cannot allow sin to blemish our lives.

In the real world, doctors will only operate on people who signs the authority. This shows that they know they are sick and 

wants the treatment and surgery. In the Christian sense, if people are sinners and do not know that they are in the wrong,

they will not need God. As Christian healers, we need to consult others just like other doctors. to get advice, share information and

techniques and do the best way.

 

 

We can serve God anywhere, anytime. We need to continue to pray, spend quiet time with God and grow, and keep our lives clean.

We have to stand up, and help others who are sick!
