My name is Somkiat Kittipongse.. I am the pastor at Bangkok Fel;lowship Church. Before I talk to you about the church, I would like you to know me a little bit. I am from the South, Nakorn Sri Tammmarat. However, I have been in Bangkok for about 30 years. I graduated in the pharmacy from Mahidol University. After I graduated from Mahidol, I went to study the Bible in Lozan, Switzerland for a year. After that, I came back and has worked as a pastor at this church.
I wrote this introduction message in order to give you a picture of our church. I would like to invite you to visit our church. I do invite you with sincere willing to visit our church. Our church is at 56 Soi Onnut 24 Sukumvit 77.At the beginning of the Soi, there is Ruan Kaew building which can be seen clearly. You can not get lost. There are also signs at the beginning of the Soi. Walk along Soi Onnut 24 about 300 metres, you will reach the church.
Sunday morning: We have bible study from 9:15-10:15. I believe that you will like it. We study in different classes. The stories are interesting and fun. We study and discuss about lives (ordinary lives) ,family problems, winning your own weak points, conquering fear, depression and sin.We also learn how to lead and have happy lives. Actually, the important matter to know the Bible is to learn and know the ways to get youselves out of the problems.
The songs and the sound of music:
The song and music make us cheerful and brave. We have 2 services: first service is from 7:45-9:10 at Samakkeetam Haengkwamrak Building; second service is from 10:30-12:15 after the Bible class at Sattaviharn Building floor 3. We worship God with music and songs. There are about 350-400 people attending this session at present. There are about 60-70 children until 80-90 year old people at the service. There are different kinds of people; the rich , the poor, students , housewives, managers, real estate owners, carpenters, plumber, lecturers in the universities, bus drivers, polices. There are different occupations. They are also from different parts of the country. They are from the North, the South, Northeast. They are Thai , Laos, Kmher or Vietnameses. Whoever ,wherever, whatewver they are, they can be healed ,helped and comforted from our Lord equally and successfully.
